Wellness Wednesday Beginners Yoga is a class designed as an introduction to the many benefits yoga can bring to promote overall well-being and relaxation. You are encouraged to enjoy the poses at a slower pace to combine quality alignment with intentional breathing to get the most out of your practice.
The class focuses on mindfulness, breath work and gentle movements to help you release tension, reduce stress, and improve flexibility. Whether you're looking to end your day on a positive note or wind down in the middle of the week, Wellness Wednesday Beginners Yoga is the perfect opportunity to slow down amidst the chaos, prioritize self-care and check in with how you are feeling.
Thursday Flow & Glow Vinyasa Yoga
7:00-8:00pm
This Vinyasa Flow class offers a blend of movement and breath, guiding you through a series of poses to create a fluid sequence that promotes strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class can be suitable for all levels due to the modifications offered but requires a moderate level of fitness and mobility due to its faster pace.
Each sequence is designed to leave you feeling the benefits of simple moving and breathing. Inviting in new space and energy and providing you with the opportunity to let go of anything that you no longer need. You will leave the mat refreshed having created a new flow of energy whilst also feeling clearer and calmer as you move into the end of your week.

In addition to the physical benefits, Saturday Social Stretch for Runners offers a supportive and social atmosphere where participants can connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for exercise and a commitment to self-care. Join us on Saturdays to stretch, socialize, and support your training routine!
