What will I be investing in?

An opportunity to invest in your health and wellbeing. This weekend provides a well earnt rest from the responsibilities of daily life making room for connection, healing and transformation. Yoga and meditation suitable for all, homegrown, nourishing foods, luxury accommodation, sound therapy, beauty treatments, health and nutrition workshops and more. This weekend is designed to give you the self-care tools you need to show up as the best version of yourself.

How do you spend your days?

​Friday

  • 4pm: Guests can start to arrive

  • 6:30pm: An introduction to yoga

  • 7:30pm: Our first meal in the Grub Hut

Saturday

  • 8:00am: Morning yoga and meditation 

  • 9:30am: Breakfast is served

  • 10:30am: Free time to enjoy the grounds, you may wish to join a group walk, activities or relax in the hammocks. 

  • 1:30pm: Lunch in served. 

  • 2:30pm: A creative workshop followed by free time.

  • 5:00pm: Yin Yoga and Sound Therapy

  • 6:30pm: Evening meal

Sunday

  •  9:00am: Morning yoga and meditation

  • 10:30am: Brunch

  • 12:00pm: A health and nutrition workshop.

  • 2:00pm The retreat will draw to a close.

Where will I be staying?

At Purusha retreats there has been no expense spared. A true haven where eco-friendly meets luxury. The accommodation domes come with their own log burner, hot tub, toilet and shower.

Complimentary tea and coffee stations, robes and slippers will make you feel right at home. The beds promote quality sleep and have heated blankets for added comfort. Fall asleep amongst the peace and quiet, looking up at the stars.
